Role Overview

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Documentation

• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Analyze workflows, systems, and operational processes
• Assist in preparing SOPs, reports, and business documentation
• Support process mapping and requirement analysis
• Help identify business needs and improvement opportunities

Reporting & Data Analysis

• Analyze business data to identify trends and insights
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics
• Support data-driven decision-making processes
• Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency

• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes
• Support process optimization and automation initiatives

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Jira, or project management tools is a plus
