Job Description Sales Manager
1.Plan and execute the company Expo or Roadshow, including venue selection, floor planning, exhibitor
recruitment, and attendee promotion. (Manager role)
2.Manage all operational aspects of the company Expo or Roadshow, including logistics, staffing, and on-site
coordination.
3.Coordinate with exhibitors, sponsors, and vendors to ensure their needs are met and that
they have a positive experience at the company Expo.
4.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners,
parenting organizations, and related product manufacturers.
5.Oversee budgeting and financial management for the company Expo, ensuring expenditures are
within budget and revenue targets are met. (Manager role)
6.Lead the expo team, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure the successful
execution of the company Expo.
7.Implement strategies to enhance attendee engagement and satisfaction, including product
demonstrations, expert panels, and interactive exhibits.
8.Evaluate the success of the company Expo through post-event analysis, feedback collection,
and performance metrics.
