Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor or General Foreman (M&E) with a strong background in handling Land Transport Authority (LTA), Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), and school projects, as well as experience in government bidding processes and maintenance jobs. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all site activities related to mechanical and electrical works for LTA projects, supervising site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget..

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all M&E site activities, ensuring work is executed according to plans, specifications, and standards.
• Lead and guide site workers, foremen, and subcontractors for daily operations.
• Schedule, monitor, and report progress of mechanical and electrical installations.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, tools, and equipment required for site work.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to method statements.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports, including work progress, manpower deployment, and material usage.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with other trades to avoid conflicts.
• Ensure proper documentation, including drawings, material approvals, and inspection checklists.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct toolbox meetings regularly.
