- Oversee daily lorry operations, including assignment of delivery and collection tasks to drivers. Preparation of necessary documents for collection and/or delivery of cargo. And follow up and update customer on any foreseen delay due to any reason.
- Issue invoices for lorry related orders.
- Manage trip incentives for lorry drivers.
- Manage all driver passes (lorry and prime mover), schedule safety training, and coordinate with HR for safety course bookings.
- Manage vehicle parking, maintenance, repair and tyre-related invoices.
- Maintain driver’s claims and record in the excel, such as DHC/Safety shoe and the equipments that driver collected from workshop.
- Assist the manager with audits, safety compliance, and related documentation.
- Conduct in-house safety training for new drivers.
- Respond to driver-related matters outside of office hours when required.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills. Logistic knowledge preferred.
- Positive learning attitude, training will be provided.
