The QA/QC Executive is responsible for assisting the QA/QC Manager in implementing quality management system throughout the company.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
- To provide administration support to QA/QC Manager and provide necessary information to QA/QC team members when required.
- Update and maintain Company Online Quality Management System for Procedures, policy and standard forms, as and when are required.
- To keep track on record in internal audits for project sites and head office.
- Assist QA/QC manager to prepare reports for top management.
- Write technical reports such as quality alerts, construction excellence award write ups, minutes for meeting, etc.
- Maintain QA/QC department library, manage and record QA/QC tools and equipment.
- Keep track of CONQUAS, Quality Mark (QM) & CEA records
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Education: Min Diploma in Business Administration or Civil Engineering.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of admin support in construction industry. Experience in QA/QC field will be an added advantage.
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of quality requirement of BCA, industry and client
- Quality Management Systems certification (ISP 9001 Standard)
- Knowledge in construction works
