Location: Changi/Ubi

Work Hours: 5.5 days work week (Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm, Sat 8.30am-12.30pm)

Salary: Up to $2,300


Job Scope:

• Handled inbound and outbound enquiries, appointment bookings, and stakeholder support professionally.
• Provided accurate information while ensuring compliance with security, confidentiality, and data protection procedures.
• Managed document verification, case updates, data entry, and administrative coordination efficiently.
• Escalated sensitive or complex matters appropriately and resolved complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintained service standards and KPIs while handling difficult callers calmly and effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent certification.
• Prior call centre or customer service experience preferred. (Training will be provided)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong multilingual communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
