Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Immigration Documentation & Application Consultant to support the preparation and submission of immigration applications, including Permanent Residency (PR) and Citizenship cases.

This role focuses on documentation management, professional English writing, and ensuring a smooth and compliant application process for clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Documentation Management

  • Prepare and organize documentation for immigration applications, including PR and Citizenship cases
  • Collect, review, and verify supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Ensure all application materials meet regulatory and submission requirements

2. English Writing & Editing

  • Draft, edit, and refine English application documents, including personal statements, cover letters, and supporting explanations
  • Ensure clarity, professionalism, and alignment with immigration requirements
  • Customize documentation based on each client’s background and case strategy

3. File Management & Process Coordination

  • Classify, organize, and archive all client documents systematically
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure easy retrieval of application files
  • Coordinate with internal teams (consultants, sales, legal, processing) to ensure smooth workflow and timely submission

4. Quality Control & Compliance

  • Review all documents for consistency, accuracy, and compliance before submission
  • Identify missing or inconsistent information and follow up with clients promptly
  • Support continuous improvement of documentation standards and templates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in English, Law, Business, or related fields)
  • 1–3 years of experience in immigration, documentation, legal support, or writing-related roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
