Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Assistant Manager / Executive (Penang Branch) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients into long-term customers. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships. The Business Development Assistant Manager / Executive will play a key role in driving car park network and revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential clients through market analysis, online research, and networking.
  • Use tools like CRM software, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate leads.

2. Client Outreach:

  • Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Present the company’s products or services to potential clients in a compelling manner.

3. Sales Conversion:

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects to guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to acquire new clients.

4. Strategy Implementation:

  • Execute client acquisition strategies developed by the sales or marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns.

 5. Relationship Management:

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., number of leads, conversion rates, revenue generated).
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve client acquisition processes.

7. Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Use insights to refine outreach strategies and improve results.
