Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)
  • Passionate about automotive industry and electric vehicles (EV) preferred
  • Tech-savvy and active on social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license
  • Willing to work weekends, roadshows, and events when required
  •  Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage

X Mobility Sdn. Bhd. is a Petaling Jaya–based automotive dealership specializing in XPENG electric vehicles. The company is dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality mobility solutions, combining advanced automotive technology with a customer-centric approach to support the transition toward sustainable transportation.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Petaling Jaya.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for XPeng electric vehicles.

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seek new business through telephone calls, walk-ins, social media, and referrals.

Showroom & Road Show Duties: Man the showroom and participate in promotional events, road shows, or exhibitions to attract potential buyers.

Customer Consultative Selling: Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, financing options, and insurance, guiding customers through the entire buying process.

Test Drive Facilitation: Arrange and conduct product demonstrations and test drives.

Deal Closing & Documentation: Negotiate pricing and financing terms, and complete all sales paperwork.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Social Media Marketing: Utilize platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for content creation and live online promotions
