Job Description

Requirements

  • Able to communicate basic in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage for handling specific customer bases.
  • If have SPM is better, if no also can (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Prior experience in front desk, customer service, or as an administrative assistant is highly preferred.
  • If familiarity with Microsoft Office is better (especially Excel for OT calculations) and basic invoicing software.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming walk-in visitors and handling all incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Handle daily billing by accurately preparing and issuing invoices to customers.
  • Follow up on unpaid bills to ensure the company receives payments on time.
  • Answer questions and help solve customer problems with a positive attitude.

Admin Job scope

  • Oversee the processing and recording of company utility bills, including water and telecommunication accounts.
  • Manage company vehicle cards and coordinate mandatory vehicle inspections (Puspakom) and road tax renewals.
  • Assist in monitoring staff attendance and accurately calculating monthly Overtime (OT) claims.
  • Organize and archive office documents, vouchers, and records to maintain an efficient filing system.
