Responsibilities
Love fashion, styling, and meeting new people? Join our gown rental team as a Sales Assistant, where you’ll help customers find the perfect gown for their special events, assist with fittings, manage appointments, and keep the boutique looking fresh and beautiful.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve walk-in customers and assist with gown rental enquiries
- Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and other online platforms
- Arrange customer appointments for gown viewing and fitting sessions
- Help customers choose suitable gowns based on their needs, event, and preference
- Assist customers during gown fitting and try-on sessions
- Keep gowns clean, neat, and properly arranged
- Maintain the overall tidiness and presentation of the showroom
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, bookings, and order details
- Enter confirmed orders into the company system
- Support daily shop operations as required
Working Hours:
- Monday to Sunday
- 11:00am to 7:00pm
- 1 off day per week
Salary:
- RM2,800 - RM3,000 per month
- Commission provided based on closed deals
