Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 
  • Preferably 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience 
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems and experience with IPayroll (HR2000) system is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

We are looking for a Human Resource Assistant/ Human Resource Supervisor to join our dynamic team in line with our group expansion plan. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of the company, while developing your professional skills in a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Prepare interview documents and coordinate with candidates 
  • Support onboarding process (prepare offer letters, collect documents, orientation)    

 2. Employee Records Management

  • Maintain and update employee personal files (hardcopy & digital) 
  • Ensure accuracy of HR database and filing system 
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and overtime calculation.
  • Managed end-to-end foreign worker administration including work permit applications, visa and passport renewals, levy payments, FOMEMA , SPIKPA insurance and accommodation arrangements.

3. Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Assist in payroll preparation (attendance, claims, allowances) 
  • Handle employee benefits administration (leave, insurance, claims) 
  1. HR Administration
  • Prepare HR letters (confirmation, warning, promotion, resignation acceptance) 
  • Handle general HR documentation and reports 

5. Employee Relations

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures 
  • Support disciplinary processes and documentation 
  • Assist in organizing staff activities and engagement programs
