Responsibilities

ADMIN ASSISTANT

Location: Jalan Suria Puchong 2, Puchong Gateway

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team immediately!

Position Summary
This position reports to the Admin Manager and is responsible for supporting office administration, coordinating daily operations, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities
• Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SQL & UBS system for documentation and data management
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
• Liaise with Sales & Store departments for order processing
• Prepare Delivery Orders, Invoices, Credit Notes, Sales Orders & related documents
• Monitor e-commerce platforms, marketplaces & company website orders daily
• Update order tracking, reports, and internal databases
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales and commission reports
• Maintain proper filing, documentation, and office records
• Assist in marketing updates, promotions & sales materials
• Manage office coordination
• Order office supplies and maintain office equipment
• Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements
• Minimum SPM/Certificate or Diploma in Business/Admin or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Google Drive
• Knowledge of SQL/UBS system is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Team player with positive working attitude

• Training provided
• Immediate start preferred
• Occasional overtime / event support may be required
