Responsibilities

About Company:

Our client centers on its expertise in providing desirable solutions, software, and programs in the fields of information technology, mass communication, and multimedia technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all executive and confidential matters of the Company.
  • Responsible for assisting in handling the company’s operation and daily affairs.
  • Preparate and compile report for presentation purposes.
  • Provide general, specialized, confidential and time sensitive operational and administrative support in an accurate and flexible manner.
  • Provide and maintain a full spectrum of secretarial and administration duties such as arranging meeting schedules, maintaining a proper filing system of documents, etc.
  • Liaise professionally and strictly confidentially with all levels of management, department, and business associates.
  • Preapre presentation slides and effectively managing all written communication.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality on all given tasks.
  • Duties will also be extended to projects work on an ad-hoc basis where you will work alongside colleagues from other parts of the business.
  • Identify and analyze operational challenges, propose process improvements, and support implementation to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required by the management.
