Requirements

  • The Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on e-commerce experience managing a brand’s flagship D2C website or major marketplace flagship store.
  • The Tech Stack: Proficiency in Shopify Plus or Magento is a major plus. Strong working knowledge of GA4 and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are non-negotiable.
  • Subscription Savvy: Prior exposure to subscription models, rental contracts, or CRM/lifecycle marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Insider) is highly advantageous.
  • The Mindset: A data-obsessed, commercially aggressive professional who looks at a website and sees a retail storefront, not an IT project.

Responsibilities

About the Role: The Digital Growth Engine

We are looking for a high-velocity, commercially sharp Senior E-Commerce Executive to own and scale *************—CUCKOO International Malaysia's flagship direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform. This isn't just a site maintenance role; you are the digital growth engine responsible for driving both outright sales and our signature rental/subscription business.

You will sit at the intersection of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and subscription lifecycle management. Your success will be measured by one primary metric: GMV growth.

Key Responsibilities

************* Management & Commercial Strategy

  • Platform Excellence: Oversee daily operations of ************* (Shopify/Magento), ensuring flawless product cataloging, accurate pricing, visual merchandising, and seamless UX/UI optimization.
  • Order & Fulfillment Architecture: Partner with logistics to optimize order fulfillment, reduce delivery lead times, and maintain an accurate, high-turnover inventory strategy. Manage return and after-sales processes to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Utilize GA4 and user-behavior data to identify drop-off points, executing continuous A/B testing to turn traffic into paying customers.

Subscription & Rental Portfolio Management

  • Lifecycle Marketing: Own the online rental contract funnel. Build and execute automated customer lifecycle journeys (email, SMS, push notifications) targeting service intervals, contract renewals, and product upgrades.
  • Lead Conversion: Strategically funnel inbound website traffic and digital leads into high-converting opportunities for both subscription plans and outright purchases.

Performance Marketing Collaboration

  • Traffic Generation: Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team to align paid channels (Meta Ads, Google SEM/SEO) with ************* commercial calendars and product launches.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze "Sell-Out" data, traffic sources, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) to ensure marketing spend yields a profitable Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Financial & Performance Reporting

  • GMV Ownership: Take direct accountability for hitting monthly and annual revenue/GMV targets across both outright sales and rental divisions.
  • Data Transparency: Prepare high-impact weekly and monthly commercial reports detailing SKU-level profitability, funnel conversion rates, and the health/growth of the digital rental fleet.
