Responsibilities
A maintenance job involves inspecting, repairing, and maintaining buildings, grounds, and equipment, covering tasks from fixing plumbing/electrical issues and painting to performing preventative checks and groundskeeping, ensuring a safe, functional environment by addressing mechanical/structural problems, managing work orders, and keeping detailed logs, requiring skills with various tools and adherence to safety standard.
