We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented candidate to join our beauty & aesthetic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, providing customer service & consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties:
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers professional and friendly manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and appointment scheduling (walk-ins, calls, live chat messages) through system and social media platform.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update treatment progress.
- Manage client feedback, concerns, and follow-up to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Promote services/products based on client needs.
- Assist in daily front desk and administrative tasks
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and waiting areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in any discipline
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa, English and Mandarin
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Experienced in handling live chat and customer enquiries
- Active and knowledgeable in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp)
- Friendly, confident, and passionate about the beauty industry
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Able to work 6 days per week ( Mon till Saturday 9am till 6pm)
