Job Description

• Execute end-to-end procurement processes—sourcing, cost comparison, PO issuance, delivery tracking and perform goods receipt.
• Ensure compliance with company policies during supplier negotiations and contract awards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative supply sources.
• Monitor stock levels, raise Purchase Requests (PRs), and perform goods receipt.
• Manage school co-op operations activity
• Conduct scheduled stock counts and maintain audit-ready records.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent qualification.
• 4 years of working experience in Procurement
• Ability to use POS system will be added advantage
• Good command of English and Mandarin for effective communication with certain suppliers and parents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
