• Interprets and analyzes manufacturing drawings and sketches to visualize the shape and configuration of the mechanical parts to be processed
• Executes machining processes to produce precision and semi-precision mechanical parts based on manufacturing drawings, sketches, and samples
• Maintain the operations of machine tools and portable hand tools such as Lathe Machine, Milling Machine, Drilling Machine, Shaper, Surface Grinder, and Notching Machine
• Perform simple mathematical computations and calculations using engineering formulas and tables to verify or confirm the user's specifications
• Performs detailing and lay-out work of simple parts in the course of the job or as requested
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities on the assigned machine, such as inspecting and servicing mechanical components (gearing and belt system, bed ways, hydraulic, etc.)
• Cleaning and maintaining the mechanical area
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of working experience as a Machinist
• Possess an SPM, Certificates, or Diploma in a related field
• Willing to work on shift hours if required
• Possess own transport to work at Jalan Tandang, Petaling Jaya
