Position: Senior HR Executive

The client: Leading Logistics & Transport Provider in Malaysia

Location: Bukit Jelutong

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm

Salary: RM4,000 – RM6,500

About the Company:

A well-established and rapidly expanding comprehensive logistics provider in Malaysia. They specialize in end-to-end transport solutions, from cross-border trucking to advanced warehousing, serving a diverse portfolio of prestigious international clients, including major Japanese corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions
• Support training and organizational development initiatives
• Maintain and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations matters such as grievances and disciplinary issues
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and liaise with authorities
• Support performance management and annual review processes

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Law, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge in recruitment, employee relations, and HR practices
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
