JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Accounts Executive

NRY Architects Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and committed Account Executive to support our finance operations within a structured and fast-paced working environment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, and general accounting functions
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Responsible, meticulous, and able to follow instructions closely
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and data entry
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and supporting documents
• Manage month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting for a group of companies
• Maintain proper documentation and filing system
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
