Job Summary:
The Head of Operations is responsible for leading the strategic and day-to-day operations of the company’s owned outlets (HQ) and JV network, while also overseeing the Training Department to ensure operational excellence, brand consistency, and sustainable growth. This role ensures all operational units are aligned with company standards, customer expectations, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Operations HQ and JV Operations, ensuring alignment across all outlets.
- Oversee the Training Department, ensuring that staff development programs support operational needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, cost control, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
- Set and monitor KPIs for operations and training teams, ensuring consistent performance.
- Collaborate with other departments (QA, HR, Marketing, R&D) to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Drive store performance, customer experience, and compliance with brand standards across all business units.
- Lead expansion and outlet opening initiatives, including location assessments, setup, and staffing.
- Establish SOPs and ensure strict adherence across all operational areas.
- Manage franchise partners' performance and ensure contractual and operational compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in F&B multi-outlet operations, including franchise management.
- Proven leadership experience, with strong skills in operational planning, team development, and performance management.
- Experience managing training functions in a service-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
