Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving talent acquisition, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labour laws to build a productive and positive workplace.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing
- Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment processes
- Interview, evaluate, and select suitable candidates
- Oversee onboarding and induction programmes
Employee Relations
- Manage employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems
- Monitor employee performance and support management in reviews
- Drive performance improvement initiatives
Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments
- Organise learning and development programmes
- Support career growth and succession planning initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
- Design and review salary structures and benefits packages
- Ensure fair and competitive compensation practices
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration
Compliance & HR Policies
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Strategic HR & Business Partnering
- Align HR strategies with organisational goals
- Advise leadership on HR-related matters and workforce planning
- Support organisational development and change management initiatives
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Working Time
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (MYT)
