Inventory Management
- Receive, check, and record incoming pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.
- Ensure correct quantity, batch number, and expiry dates are verified upon receipt.
- Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system.
Storage & Stock Control
- Store medicines and medical items according to Good Storage Practice (GSP) requirements.
- Arrange stock systematically to ensure FIFO/FEFO (First In, First Out / First Expiry, First Out).
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock, near-expiry, or damaged items to management.
Order Preparation & Dispatch
- Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery to branches, clinics, or customers.
- Ensure correct items and quantities are issued according to delivery orders.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods safely.
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain proper documentation such as Goods Received Notes (GRN), Delivery Orders (DO), and stock cards.
- Update inventory records accurately and promptly.
- Support audit and stock take activities when required.
Compliance & Safety
- Comply with pharmacy regulations, warehouse SOPs, and company policies.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping of the warehouse area.
- Handle medicines responsibly to prevent loss, damage, or contamination.
General Duties
- Assist in periodic stock counts and reconciliation.
- Perform any other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
