Job Responsibilities
- Lead technical support and advisory services related to flexitank applications, installation, loading, unloading, and operational performance.
- Oversee technical investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for product or operational issues.
- Monitor and improve product quality, reliability, and technical standards for flexitank operations.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams on product enhancement and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Support operational teams during project implementation, customer onboarding, and technical deployment.
- Provide technical guidance during loading/unloading operations and customer site activities.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, technical manuals, procedures, and training materials.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to optimize manufacturing and technical processes.
- Act as the key technical liaison between customers, operations, vendors, and internal departments.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing effective technical solutions and timely issue resolution.
- Lead and mentor technical team members to enhance competency and operational effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, efficiency, product performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare technical reports, KPI analysis, and management updates.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or suitable courses.
- At least 7 years experience.
