Marketing Manager

Location: HQ / Showroom
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Founder / Management

Role Purpose

To lead and take full responsibility for Ella Furniture’s overall marketing direction, traffic generation, brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth across all channels.

The Marketing Manager is directly responsible for helping the company grow revenue through strategic marketing execution and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth & Revenue Performance

• Drive monthly sales growth through effective marketing campaigns and sales support strategies.
• Work closely with showroom teams to improve conversion rates and customer closing performance.
• Support initiatives to increase average order value (AOV) through package sales and upselling strategies.

Traffic & Lead Generation

• Develop strategies to increase:
• Showroom traffic
• WhatsApp enquiries
• Online leads
• Appointment bookings
• Walk-in customers
• Monitor lead quality and customer response rates to improve conversion performance.

Brand Awareness & Marketing Campaigns

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across:
• Facebook
• Instagram
• TikTok
• Google
• Live selling
• Roadtour
• Events
• Influencer/KOL campaigns
• Radio & PR
• Strengthen brand awareness and maintain consistent brand positioning across all platforms.

Content & Social Media Management

• Oversee overall content direction including:
• Video content
• Product campaigns
• Lifestyle content
• Educational content
• Social proof/testimonial content
• Promotional campaigns
• Monitor social media growth, engagement, and audience performance.

Live Selling & Social Commerce

• Manage live selling strategy for TikTok, Facebook, and showroom live sessions.
• Coordinate live schedules, campaign flow, promotions, and conversion strategy.
• Monitor live performance and sales contribution.

Roadtour & Event Marketing

• Plan and execute roadtour campaigns, showroom launches, and promotional events.
• Ensure events successfully generate awareness, leads, walk-ins, and sales.
• Monitor campaign ROI and overall event effectiveness.

Digital Marketing & AI Marketing

• Monitor and improve digital marketing performance including:
• Cost per lead (CPL)
• ROAS
• Ad conversion
• Campaign performance
• Utilize AI tools and automation systems for:
• Lead management
• Customer engagement
• Marketing planning
• CRM improvement
• Data analysis

Team Leadership & KPI Monitoring

• Lead and manage:
• Digital Marketing Team
• Content Team
• Videographer / Photographer
• Live Team
• KOL & Event Team
• Social Media Team
• Conduct weekly KPI review and planning meetings.
• Ensure all marketing KPIs and campaign targets are achieved.

Requirements

• Experience in sales & marketing management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in retail, furniture, interior, or home living industry is an advantage.
• Good understanding of:
• Social media marketing
• Lead generation
• Branding
• Sales closing
• Customer behavior
• Able to analyze reports and make business decisions.
• Passionate about home living and interior styling.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
