About the Role

Ella Furniture is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales teams, drive results, and ensure every customer enjoys a premium, professional experience across all branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Performance — Drive showroom sales and hit monthly targets. Monitor daily activity, conversion rate, AOV, and walk-ins; analyze gaps and act on them with showroom leaders.
• Lead & Follow-Up — Ensure fast, professional responses to all leads and WhatsApp inquiries. Enforce the follow-up SOP, reduce lead leakage, and improve conversion.
• Team Leadership — Train, coach, and motivate staff through weekly sessions. Build skills in closing, objection handling, and consultation, plus a culture of discipline and accountability.
• Customer Experience — Guide the team to act as Home Consultants — understanding customer lifestyle, space planning, and design needs to give tailored recommendations.
• Showroom Standards — Maintain cleanliness, displays, lighting, visual merchandising, and an up-to-date, smooth customer journey.
• Product Knowledge — Ensure staff confidently present key products and features (FabricTech fabric, easy-clean & cat-friendly, pocket spring cushions, customization, warranty) consistently across branches.
• Reporting & KPIs — Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Track conversion, sales trends, rejection reasons, team performance, and product demand.
• Marketing Collaboration — Align showroom teams with marketing campaigns, promotions, and launches; support live sessions and content.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Retail Management, or related field
• 5–7 years in retail sales management
• Experience in furniture, home living, kitchen, interior, property, or luxury retail preferred
• Showroom team management experience an advantage
• Strong leadership, coaching, and results-driven mindset

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
