1) Business & Operational Analysis
- Monitor and analyse business performance, operational productivity, and profitability across EON Body & Paint operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports and dashboards for management review.
- Conduct variance analysis on revenue, cost, manpower productivity, and operational KPIs.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities for the division.
- Analyse repair volume trends, insurance claims performance, cycle time, and workshop efficiency.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
- Assist management in preparing business presentations, proposals, and strategic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
2) Governance & Compliance
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company governance policies, SOPs, and operational standards across EON Body & Paint network.
- Coordinate and monitor local authority licensing requirements, permit renewals and regulatory submissions related to workshop operations.
- Liaise with relevant authorities, agencies, and internal departments on compliance-related matters.
- Support compliance audits, operational assessments, and documentation reviews to ensure adherence to statutory and company requirements.
- Maintain proper records and tracking for licenses, certifications, approvals, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in ensuring operational compliance with OEM, insurance, environmental, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
3) Reporting & Coordination
- Consolidate operational and financial data from branches, dealers, and business partners.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, documentation, and business updates to management and OEM partners.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, HR, and external stakeholders on business related matters.
- Support KPI tracking and ensure alignment with divisional business objectives.
- Maintain accurate business records, reports, and operational documentation.
4) Administration & Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Body & Paint Division.
- Support audit exercises, management reviews, and operational assessments when required.
- Assist in monitoring project timelines, action plans, and follow-up activities across the division.
- Support coordination of meetings, business reviews, and management presentations.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Automotive Management, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of working experience in business analysis, operations planning, governance compliance, finance, or administration.
- Experience in the automotive industry, aftersales, body & paint, insurance operations, or compliance management will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboard preparation such as PowerBI is an added advantage.
- Familiarize with operational reporting systems (SAP & Merimen system), financial systems is an advantage.
- Good understanding of business operations, governance compliance, local authority licensing processes, and KPI monitoring.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
