Responsibilities
Job Description:
1) Responsible in office license renewal and corporate license including (new licensing, renewal)
2) Handle for Employment Pass/ Visa Renewal for submission and renewal of application
3) Liaise with the authorities to ensure smooth operations and timely approval
4) Manage daily routine office tasks, handle phone calls, monitor emails, and answer basic business inquiries
5) Name, categorize, and archive digital and physical files according to industry filing standards
6) Monitor and manage inventory levels for office stationery, pantry supplies, and necessary workplace equipment
7) Assist in pre-onboarding activities that includes preparation of :
8) Liaise with the IT department for Laptop Set up for new joiner
9) Ensure periodical audit in IT asset and office equipment according to ISO standards
10) Track and organize company utility bills (electricity, water, internet) to ensure timely submissions
11) Good communication with internal stakeholders in timely response to enquiries
12) Other ad hoc job assigned by time to time
Requirements :
1) At Least a Minimum of Diploma in Business Admin/Secretarial/or relevant certification
2) Candidate must possess at least a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Construction/Engineering industry is preferable
3) Must have a pleasant personality and good communication with internal stakeholders
4) Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT and etc
5) Strong multitasking experience & able to meet deadlines
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,100.00 per month
Work Location: In person
