Job Description
- Responsible for full spectrum of administrative and marketing related activities.
- Oversee project execution and event management, ensuring client satisfaction, smooth communication, budgeting, and cost control.
- Liaise with and support all departments on any administrative and marketing-related matters.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, records and documentations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
- Job Requirements
- Candidate must be a Malaysian.
- Must possess at least a Diploma in Event Managements, Marketing, or in any business-related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing and/or any experiences in administration. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in MS office, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, enthusiasm, a fast learner with good time management.
- Team player with a pleasant personality.
- Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Must possess own four-wheeled vehicle.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
