Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end live streaming operations on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live & Lazada LIVE
  • Prepare product listings, vouchers, flash sales & live session materials
  • Coordinate with hosts, warehouse, marketing & customer service teams
  • Monitor live performance metrics and provide real-time troubleshooting
  • Prepare post-live reports and campaign analysis

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
  • 1–2 years experience in live streaming or e-commerce operations
  • Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live & Lazada LIVE
  • Good understanding of GMV, CTR, conversion & live analytics
  • Proficient in Excel; OMS/ERP knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work flexible hours during campaigns
