Key Responsibilities:

Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities within the real estate and renovation market. This role requires you to independently manage the full sales cycle—from client sourcing to deal closure—while delivering professional consultation and customised solutions to customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

  • Develop new clients through real estate channels and personal networking
  • Identify customer needs for renovation and whole-house custom cabinet solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle including proposal presentation, negotiation, closing, and payment follow-up
  • Actively achieve and exceed individual sales targets

Client Relationship Management

  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and consultations
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Generate repeat business and referrals
  • Provide professional consultation based on renovation knowledge and market insights

Project Coordination & After-Sales

  • Follow up on the entire order process from confirmation to completion
  • Coordinate with internal teams for installation and project delivery
  • Handle after-sales matters and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term customer relationships

Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Adjust sales strategies proactively to stay competitive
  • Contribute ideas to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales is a must
  • Familiar with property-related customer segments and client acquisition methods
  • Prior experience in renovation, interior design, or cabinet sales is highly preferred
  • Possess own transportation for site visits and client meetings
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong desire to achieve high income through performance-based earnings
