Avenys Malaysia is looking for a proactive and organized individual to support our retail operations team. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, inventory compliance, SOP implementation, and sales team monitoring across retail outlets.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular store visits and operational checks
- Implement and monitor SOP compliance for inventory management
- Monitor retail sales team performance and discipline
- Ensure proper stock take procedures and inventory accuracy
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation
- Follow up on store issues and coordinate with relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and retail standards
Requirements
- Relevant working experience in retail operations, store management, inventory control, or related field
- Diploma or higher qualification is an added advantage
- Experience in handling retail outlet operations and stock monitoring
- Willing to travel and visit retail outlets when required
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting
Preferred Qualities
- Detail-oriented and firm in ensuring compliance
- Responsible, proactive, and hands-on attitude
- Experience in retail/FMCG/beauty industry is an added advantage
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
