We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to design, implement, and maintain automated systems in our flexitank production facility. The Production Engineer will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the smooth operation of automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes and recommend automation enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality.
• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of automated systems to minimize downtime.
• Test and validate automated processes to ensure they meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor production data from automated systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure all automation systems comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and maintenance logs.
• Train production staff on the proper use and maintenance of automated equipment.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or related field.
• Proven experience in designing and maintaining automated systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards for automated equipment and processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in shift.
