Job Summary: The Inventory admin is responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and ensuring that all products are properly stored and accounted for. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Receive and process incoming inventory and supplies
- Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies
- Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy of records
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- Maintain and update inventory records in ERP/WMS systems accurately and timely.
- Assist in daily, monthly, and annual stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare inventory reports.
- Manage warehouse documentation including receiving notes, delivery orders, material requisitions, return forms, and transfer records.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation in compliance with company procedures.
- Perform other clerical and inventory-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Success Requirements
- Minimum passed STPM/Diploma or Degree in related field.
- Familiar with PR, PO, Invoice, DO, Good Receive Process

- Able to work under pressure and perform within tight deadlines.
- Ability to read and write in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
