Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales velocity across key marketplace channels (Shopee, TikTok Shop) and our brand website.
- Content & Creator Management: Coordinate with content creators and influencers to deliver high-quality, high-engagement video content.
- AI Video Production: Utilize cutting-edge AI software and tools to create engaging video assets for marketing and product promotions.
- Website Optimization: Maintain, update, and manage the company website with a focus on increasing organic traffic, improving user experience, and boosting conversion rates.
- Affiliate Outreach: Actively recruit, onboard, and manage potential affiliates for product promotions and video collaborations.
- Listing Optimization: Manage, update, and rebrand product listings across all platforms to ensure high search visibility (SEO) and strong conversion.
- Daily Operations & Performance: Manage daily marketplace operations, including running paid ads, monitoring fulfillment metrics (preventing late shipments), and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Job Requirements
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce setting.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee and TikTok Shop experience is highly preferred).
- Tech-Savvy: Strong interest or experience in leveraging AI video tools and emerging digital marketing features (a major advantage).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales reports, interpret data, and prepare actionable strategies for the upcoming periods.
- Work Ethic: Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
