About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to support business and product initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and product stakeholders to build scalable machine learning systems and improve AI capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable machine learning models and algorithms
• Analyze, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Train, validate, and optimize machine learning models for production environments
• Deploy machine learning models and integrate them into existing systems and applications
• Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve model accuracy
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions
• Research and implement the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and large language models (LLMs)
• Develop efficient data pipelines and workflows for model training and inference
• Create documentation for models, experiments, and deployment processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or a related role
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, or Java
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, scikit-learn, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of data processing and management tools such as SQL, Hadoop, Spark, or similar technologies
• Experience with data analysis and visualization libraries including NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), transformers, attention mechanisms, and large language models (LLMs)
• Experience in model deployment, optimization, and production monitoring
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
