Job Description

Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Coordinate and manage all internal and external training programmes for employees.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with Heads of Departments and employees.
  • Prepare annual training plans and training calendars.
  • Liaise with training providers, consultants, and government agencies including HRD Corp.
  • Handle HRD Corp related matters including grant applications, claims, and training records.
  • Monitor employee training attendance, participation, and effectiveness.
  • Maintain proper training records, reports, certificates, and employee development files.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post training analysis.
  • Organize staff development activities, workshops, seminars, and motivational programmes.
  • Support succession planning and employee competency development initiatives.

Performance Appraisal

  • Coordinate company wide performance appraisal exercises.
  • Ensure timely completion of probation confirmation and annual performance evaluations.
  • Monitor KPI setting, employee goals, and appraisal timelines.
  • Assist Heads of Departments in preparing performance evaluation documentation.
  • Compile and analyze performance appraisal results and reports.
  • Maintain employee performance records confidentially and accurately.
  • Provide guidance to employees and supervisors regarding appraisal procedures and forms.
  • Assist in implementing performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
  • Support management in talent identification and employee career development planning.
  • Ensure appraisal processes comply with company policies and HR best practices.

HR Administration & Support

  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and statistical analysis related to training and performance.
  • Update HR systems and employee records related to training and appraisal activities.
  • Support HR policies and procedures implementation.
  • Assist in employee engagement and organizational development activities.
  • Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
