Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) To represent the management in attention to the customer or tenants’ complaints or of any occurrence of an unusual nature. It is imperative that all complaints are handled appropriately and to initiate corrective actions immediately.
2) To ensure the smooth running of the security department day to day basis and to ensure that all Contract Guards are complying with the needs of the security requirements and are abiding the rules and regulations imposed.
3) To cultivate and to maintain a close relationship with all tenants, more so the VIP’s and to ensure that they are well taken care of and to co- ordinate with all departments to maintain a high standard of customer service.
4) To have full knowledge of handling all kinds of emergencies and should report to Security Assistant Manager in the absence of Head of Department.
5) To assist in the investigation in the event of thefts and any other circumstances pertaining to the Company’s Security which might demand such action.
6) To make daily rounds through all operating department. This is to increase visibility particularly at night.
7) To assist Head of Department to organize, direct and co-ordinate the activities of safety and security measures in ensuring the smooth running and proper administration of the department and to carry out decisions in the absence of Head of Department.
8) To supervise all Contract Guards and to ensure that all employees adhered to all policies established by the company. To arrange or stand – in during medical leave or absenteeism.
