Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Shipping Agent to handle vessel operations at the port. The job includes coordinating with port authorities, ship crews, and other parties to ensure smooth vessel arrival and departure.

Main Duties:

1. Arrange vessel clearance, berthing, and documentation.

2. Communicate with shipmasters, port officials, and clients.

3. Attend vessels during arrival and departure.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Maritime, Logistics, or related field.

2. Experience in port or shipping operations is an advantage.

3. Familiar with MMSW system is an advantage (not mandatory).

4. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

5. Mandarin speaking is an advantage.

6. Able to work on shift, weekends, or public holidays when required.

7. Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
