Responsibilities
Job Summary
Ensure that daily receipts such as hotel revenue is correctly captured and recorded in the accounting ledgers. Prepare various statistical reports to indicate the daily revenue status of the Hotel.
Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct daily audit of the entire hotel’s cash revenue, prepare and submit the accurate Daily Revenue Report to the Financial Controller within the required timeline.
2. Review & check on the revenue discrepancies from various reports.
3. Review & audit the rooms’ occupancy report to ensure all occupied rooms are charged whilst the complimentary rooms are obtained with valid authorization.
4. Review & audit all allowance and rebate vouchers to ensure proper authorization is obtained with valid explanation.
5. Handle day-to-day accounting activities assigned by superiors in supporting the Finance team to complete the full set reports.
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
