As a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer within our Enterprise domain, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining critical applications that power our internal and external operations. You'll collaborate with talented engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can design and build complex systems, guide engineering decisions, and take ownership of critical platform components.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge software solutions using technologies like Node.js, React.js, Angular, C# (.NET framework), and Python & also integrating with AI Technologies. Define APIs, data models, and system interactions
• Collaborate with product: Actively engage with the Product team to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Translate product requirements into robust system designs and technical solutions
• Champion best practices: Implement and advocate for robust source code management strategies, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and efficient code reviews.
• Own key domains such as:
  • Booking workflows
  • Payment integrations
  • Agent Portal modules
• Handle complex scenarios such as:

  Prioritize security and performance: Build secure, scalable, and high-performing applications by adhering to best practices and considering security and performance implications in every decision.
• Embrace knowledge sharing: Actively contribute to our culture of knowledge sharing by documenting your work, mentoring junior engineers, and participating in knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Drive innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and explore their potential applications to improve our systems and processes. Contribute to system architecture and long-term platform evolution.
• Be a team player: Contribute positively to our collaborative and supportive team environment, fostering open communication and mutual respect. Mentor junior engineers and support their development.
• AI Evolution: Explore new ways of working to improve speed of delivery by evolving SDLC frameworks and integrating AI-assisted development.

Requirement :

• Technical Proficiency:
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in software engineering.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following: Node.js, React.js, Angular, C# (.NET framework), and Python.
  • Solid understanding of Git and branching/merging strategies.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, GitHub, TeamCity, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Nexus) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., Docker, VMware/vSphere).
• DevOps Mindset:
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes/Openshift is a plus.
  • Knowledge of application logging, monitoring, and performance management tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, CheckMK).
  • Experience with performance and load testing.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
