Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Assist in researching potential business opportunities in the Cruise, Attractions, and Events & Entertainment sectors to evaluate and prioritize new business leads.
- Onboard new travel products - this can range from cruises, car services and events on Klook’s platform
- Prepare pitch materials, proposals, and presentations for potential partners.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
- Work with internal teams (Business Development, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
- Support in maintaining relationships with current partners by addressing their needs and ensuring mutual growth.
- Assist in managing contracts, invoices, and administrative tasks related to merchants
- Assist in various vertical related projects where applicable, including formulating a project plan, execution of the project and post project reporting/analysis.
- Track the performance of partnerships through reporting and analytics.
- Effective communicator to share and receive key information with the ability to build relationships with key contacts across the company
- Attention to detail, organised and meticulously motivated to prioritise tasks on hand and to improve Klook merchant experience
- Work proactively and well both independently, and in teams
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required.
- Familiarity with content management systems, data entry, customer service experience would be plus
- Work experience in a multicultural, cross-functional, or start-up environment would be a plus
