- Lead and manage the procure-to-pay (PTP) team to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Monitor and improve PTP processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all PTP activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
- Prepare and present PTP-related reports to senior management.
- Support system enhancements and automation initiatives within the PTP function.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to foster professional development.
- Act as the main point of contact for PTP-related queries and escalations.
Anforderungsprofil
A Successful PTP Team Lead Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in end to end Accounts Payable within Shared Services. (MUST HAVE)
- 2-3 years in managing a team of more than 10 members. (MUST HAVE)
- Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay processes and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
