About The Job.

As a Production Executive, you will manage floor activities and lead an operational team to hit target throughput.

• Coordinate daily manufacturing processes to establish an uninterrupted operational workflow.
• Plan staff schedules and allocate resources efficiently across the floor to secure timely output.
• Track inventory cycles for incoming raw items and completed commercial batches.
• Collaborate across logistics, storage, and commercial divisions to align upcoming distribution timelines.
• Resolve floor level operational bottlenecks and assist leadership with standard procedure updates.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Technical qualification or tertiary certification in a relevant operational, business, or manufacturing field.
• Substantial background supervising assemblies or handling shop floor operations within an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to guide diverse workforces, team leaders, and internal departments effectively.
• Proficiency in Mandarin as this role requires to to serve a lot of Mandarin-speaking clients.
