We’re Hiring: Sales Executive


Outbound & New Business – B2B Software Solutions


SegWitz is looking for a self-driven Sales Executive to help us generate new business opportunities for our custom software development services, including web applications, mobile apps, ERP platforms, AI solutions, automation, and IoT systems.


This is a hunter sales role, focused on outbound prospecting, self-generated leads, account research, consultative selling, proposal coordination, and closing new B2B deals.

The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software development, IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions. You should be confident speaking with business owners, founders, department heads, and C-level decision-makers.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and approach target companies through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and events
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client pain points
  • Work with internal teams to prepare proposals and solution options
  • Present solutions, manage objections, and close deals
  • Maintain CRM records and report weekly/monthly sales progress

  • We are looking for someone who is resilient, organized, commercially sharp, good at communication, and comfortable selling technology-based solutions.
