We’re hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) at SegWitz.

SegWitz is a Malaysian technology company that builds custom web & mobile apps, ERP platforms, and AI/IoT solutions for fast-growing startups, SMEs, and public-listed companies.

This BDE role sits at the front line of our growth strategy, you’ll be the one figuring out where we should play, which problems we should solve, and which companies we should talk to next.

What you’ll do (high level):

• Research markets and submarkets to spot high-potential niches and target segments
• Design and run structured BD “plays” – from first touch to qualified opportunity
• Build and manage a central pipeline of CEOs, founders and senior decision-makers
• Create opportunities through events, networks, partners and industry ecosystems
• Support tenders and proposals with clear, well-structured inputs for our tech team

You’re a good fit if you:

• Have 3–5 years’ experience in B2B business development / partnerships / sales (tech, SaaS, consulting or digital preferred)
• Enjoy market research as much as meeting people and opening doors
• Are confident speaking with C-levels and making sense of complex business problems
• Are disciplined with CRM, follow-ups and pipeline hygiene
• Like working in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment
