Salesforce Developer (Low-Code Engineering)

Enterprise Digital Transformation | Next Generation Case Management Platform

We are hiring Salesforce Developers / Low-Code Engineers to support the development and delivery of a Next Generation Case Management Platform (NGCMP), a large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiative focused on modernising case management operations.

This is an opportunity to work on impactful platform engineering projects involving Salesforce customisation, integrations, automation, and scalable enterprise solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure scalable Salesforce solutions to support enterprise case management workflows
• Build and maintain custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows
• Develop and manage integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and established Salesforce integration patterns
• Configure platform security, data models, validation rules, automation logic, and permission structures
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment
• Support CI/CD deployment processes and version-controlled development practices
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimise platform performance and reliability

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams

Strong technical experience in:

• Apex
• SOQL / SOSL
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flows and automation tools
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, especially:
• Service Cloud
• Experience Cloud

Practical experience with:

• REST / SOAP APIs
• External system integrations
• Salesforce integration patterns
• Salesforce data modelling
• Security architecture (roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups)
• Validation rules and automation capabilities
• Git / GitLab version control
• CI/CD and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments
• Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with OmniStudio or Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
• Experience integrating with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms
• Exposure to enterprise case management systems or large-scale transformation programmes
• Experience with Agentforce or AI-driven Salesforce capabilities

Salesforce certifications such as:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II
• Salesforce Administrator
• Strong ownership mindset with a collaborative and continuous learning attitude
