Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete software testing lifecycle including Functional, Non-Functional, and Automation Testing

• Lead testing phases across SIT, SAT, UAT, and Functional Testing

• Define test scope, strategy, planning, scheduling, and test coverage

• Collaborate with stakeholders including Business Analysts, DevOps teams, and client-side project managers

• Manage defect triage, reporting, risk mitigation, and delivery governance

• Lead and mentor QA/testing teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in end-to-end Test Management and QA Delivery

• Expertise in Functional, Non-Functional, and Automation Testing

• Experience managing enterprise-scale testing engagements

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Exposure to Agile, DevOps, SIT/UAT coordination, and QA governance

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or large enterprise environments will be an added advantage
