CORE RESPONSIBILITY
- Visit customer’s site to observe technical functions e.g. line running, technical issues
- Collect necessary data at customer site, to analyze actual problem upon technical-wise
- Able to find root cause, based on TS manager supervision
- Able to build up good relationship with customers for collaboration
- perform some basic Lab instrument for basic property test
- able to fast learn for additional Lab tests, based on TS manager supervision
- provide day-to-day technical support and expertise to customers
- Making test report timely, and meeting minute when visit customers
- Provide monthly 2P line audit and conduct technical audit of customers coating lines as and when required
- EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
- Required : Bachelor degree in chemicals, packaging & food industry or related
- Preferred: Knowledge/ Experience in TS, Lab for packaging coating is preferred.
- KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Candidate with project management experience is preferred.
